Position Overview

Singletonet is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software development and technology implementation projects across the organization.

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate engineering teams, manage project schedules, and ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage software development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Project Monitoring

• Track project progress and identify risks that may impact delivery timelines.
• Implement mitigation strategies to address project risks.

Agile Development Processes

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure development teams follow established project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing technology projects or software development initiatives.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
